Dr. Denise Fitzgerald-Adjei is the Administrator of Amazing Services Home Care, where she leads with a heart for compassion, dignity, and excellence in caregiving. Her commitment to senior care is deeply personal—rooted in her experience caring for her own mother, which strengthened her belief in relationship-centered care and inspired her to create a service where seniors feel seen, valued, and supported. Before entering the home-care industry, Dr. Adjei retired from the Houston Airport System after 28 years of distinguished service. As Manager of the Administration Department, she oversaw a $308 million operation across Houston’s three major airports. She previously served as a Mathematics instructor at Texas Southern University, one of the nation’s leading historically Black institutions.
